Boxinvy - Subscriptions

Overview​

Boxinvy subscriptions let you access more features and quota.

Subscriptions Home Screen​

Not Subscribed Actions Tab​

  • Subscribe: Clicking this will take you to the subscription form.

Subscribe Screen​

Actions​

  • Cancel button: Clicking this will take you back to the subscription home screen.
  • Save button: Clicking this will save the subscription and subscribe the user.
  • Back button: Clicking this will take you back to the subscription home screen or tell you of unsaved changes.

Fields​

  • Pick Subscription Plan: This is the plan that you are subscribing to.
  • Pick Subscription Plan Type: This is either a monthly or yearly subscription.
  • Monthly: This is the monthly subscription plan.
  • Yearly: This is the yearly subscription plan.
  • Billing Address: This is the billing address for the subscription.
  • Billing City: This is the billing city for the subscription.
  • Billing State: This is the billing state for the subscription.
  • Billing Country: This is the billing country for the subscription.
  • Card Information: We're PCI compliant and use Stripe to handle the credit card information. This credit card information is used to charge the subscription.
  • Card Number: This is your credit card number
  • Card Expiration: This is the expiration date of your credit card
  • Card CVC: This is the CVC code of your credit card

Subscribed Actions Tab​

  • Cancel Subscription: Clicking this will cancel the subscription and depending on how much time you have left you will by on your grace period.
  • Change Plan: Clicking this will take you to the change plan form.
  • Update Card: Clicking this will take you to the update card form.

Cancel Subscription​

We hope you don't cancel your subscription but if you do we will be sad to see you go. If you had any questions or concerns please contact us.

  • Cancel button: Clicking this will take you back to the subscription home screen.
  • Yes button: Clicking this will cancel the subscription.

Change Plan Screen​

  • Pick Subscription Plan: This is the plan that you are subscribing to.
  • Pick Subscription Plan Type: This is either a monthly or yearly subscription.
  • Monthly: This is the monthly subscription plan.
  • Yearly: This is the yearly subscription plan.

When you change your subscription it will be prorated if needed.

Update Card Screen​

When you update your card it will update the default card.

Actions​

  • Cancel button: Clicking this will take you back to the subscription home screen.
  • Save button: Clicking this will save the subscription and subscribe the user.
  • Back button: Clicking this will take you back to the subscription home screen or tell you of unsaved changes.

Grace Period Actions Tab​

  • Resume Subscription: Clicking this will resume the subscription.
  • Update Card: Clicking this will take you to the update card form.

Resume Subscription​

  • Cancel button: Clicking this will take you back to the subscription home screen.
  • Yes button: Clicking this will resume the subscription again.

Info Tab​

  • Your Boxinvy subscription will renew on: This is the date that your subscription will renew.
  • Subscription: Let's you know what subscription you are subscribed to.
  • Your card: Last 4 digits of your card that is active.
  • Your card brand: Helps you in identifying which card you are using.

Grace Period Info Tab​

  • Subscription Status: This is letting you know you're currently on a grace period.

Invoices Tab​

Click on any invoice to download a PDF version for your records.

Quotas Tab​

quotas-tab.png
  • Records: Anything that is stored in Boxinvy as a record.
  • Per Photos: How many photos you can attach to a record.
  • Per QR Codes: How QR Codes you can attach to a record.
  • Per Users: How many users you can add to your team.

This show's you the limits on your subscription. If anything has -1 it means there is no limit.
